Hi, I'm Tim Lacroix
My story
I started in mortgages in 2006. From the beginning I cared more about people than quick approvals: understanding what a family wanted, what worried them, and what would actually work for their lives. That practice grew into Lacroix Mortgage Group, a small Calgary team that has now helped more than 2,500 families buy, renew and refinance.
Over the years I noticed something. The mortgage and the home are really one decision, but clients were getting advice in pieces. So I became a REALTOR®. Today I help clients buy and sell homes with RE/MAX Realty Professionals and the BURTON Home Team, and my mortgage team takes care of the financing.
In 2026 I was named one of Canada's Top 75 Mortgage Brokers by Canadian Mortgage Professional. The part I'm proudest of is how many clients come back for their next home, and send their kids and friends.
Family comes first
I'm a husband and a dad first. Tracy and I have built our life here in Calgary, and our family is why I care so much about helping other families make decisions they'll feel good about for years.
Behind every mortgage question is a family with real hopes and real worries. I don't forget that.
