Auburn Bay is bounded by Stoney Trail to the north, Deerfoot Trail to the west, 52 Street SE to the east and Seton Boulevard to the south. Neighbours include Seton, Mahogany, McKenzie Towne and Cranston.
Homes
Apartments and condos, townhomes, duplexes, laned homes, front drive detached homes and some larger upgraded homes near the lake. Most homes were built from the mid 2000s on.
Schools
Auburn Bay School (public, K to 4), Bayside School (public, K to 5) and Lakeshore School (public, grades 5 to 9) serve the area. Catholic options include Prince of Peace (K to 9) and St. Gianna (K to 6).
Parks, shopping and amenities
The lake has a private beach, winter skating and Auburn House for resident programs. There are parks, playgrounds, an off leash area, sports fields and pathways into Seton. Everyday shopping is at Auburn Station and in Seton.
Getting around
Quick access to Deerfoot Trail, Stoney Trail and 52 Street SE. Calgary Transit buses connect to CTrain stations. The future Green Line is planned along 52 Street SE.

First time buyers wanting a newer home in a lake community, families who want several schools and lake access, and move up buyers looking at larger homes close to the lake.
