Should I sell first or buy first?
It depends on the market and your finances. Selling first gives certainty on your budget. Buying first can work with the right conditions or bridge financing. Tim can walk through both, including the mortgage side.
What happens to my mortgage when I sell?
You can pay it out, which may mean a penalty, or often port it to your next home to avoid the penalty. It's worth checking before you list.
How long does it take to sell a home in Calgary?
It depends on the price range, community and time of year. Tim will show you current days on market for homes like yours before you list.
